All your insurance information is available in your personal INSURFOX account. Log in, go to the dashboard to view your policies, and click on the policy you want to review in detail. You can also download the complete insurance policy for your records.
How do I renew my insurance policy?
The policy contains the contract terms. The contract automatically renews annually.
How do I download or print my insurance certificate?
Log in to your user account, search for the relevant policy in the dashboard, and select ‘Download policy’ from the menu.
When does my insurance coverage begin?

When does my insurance policy expire?
The policy will specify the term and validity period.
My contact information has changed. How can I update it?
You can update most of your contact details by logging into your account and clicking "Settings" in the top right corner of the dashboard. Please note that Insurfox is required to verify your details for legal reasons. You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your changes.
How can I cancel my policy?
You can cancel your contract in two ways: for regular cancellation, Insurfox requires you to receive notice by September 30th, or extraordinary cancellation in compliance with the statutory period.
